About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kohl's. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Engage with customers, offer product recommendations, and promote sales and promotions.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing store displays and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote teamwork, and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
