Job Title: Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator to support the implementation of utility rebate programs in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing participation in energy efficiency rebate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and assist trade allies and utility customers with program participation by answering program questions, reviewing project blueprints and equipment specifications, and providing guidance on the application process.
  • Provide reliable and responsive customer service to trade allies, customers, and utility representatives.
  • Proactively screen and manage incoming projects to ensure project integrity and compliance with program requirements.
  • Request and obtain appropriate project information that facilitates quick and timely project application processing.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate well with the team during the project review process resulting in a smooth and efficient application submission process.
  • Closely manage projects that begin to stagnate and take appropriate action and steps to complete or close the project after considering size, viability, timeline, etc.
  • Visit customer sites to inspect projects for program compliance.
  • Track trade ally and project communications using Salesforce CRM.
  • Administrative tasks and other reporting duties will also be required, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's degree and/or 2+ years of work experience.
  • Experience in the construction industry and familiarity in reading blueprints. Understanding of commercial building systems (particularly lighting and HVAC) and/or sustainability is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software including Excel and Word and the ability to learn and operate company proprietary computer software is required.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and have a personal vehicle to visit customer sites.
