At Robbins Research International, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Expert to drive event sales for our flagship events, including Unleash the Power Within (UPW). As a key member of our team, you'll develop a deep understanding of our event product offerings and guide clients to the best programs for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive event sales for all Tony Robbins hallmark events, specifically UPW
  • Develop a core understanding of the Tony Robbins event product offerings and guide clients to the best programs for their needs
  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience to all individuals seeking to attend a Tony Robbins event
  • Work with coaching and feedback to take your sales game to the next level
  • Maintain a high conversion percentage and utilize key metrics and performance indicators to chart your growth and success

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a high-volume inside phone sales environment
  • Experience and proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
  • Upbeat attitude with a true passion and interest in the client journey and helping others succeed
  • Top performers in sales with 4+ years' experience in high-conversion, high-volume, high-ticket sales environments
  • Thriving in tight-knit teams built on friendly competition
  • Approaching new challenges with unbridled energy and a desire to grow and contribute to your team and the lives of others
  • Able to handle rejection and roll up your sleeves to achieve out-of-this-world results
  • Next-level communication skills, confident but not arrogant, and the ability to speak with people from all walks of life and backgrounds
  • A true passion for the Tony Robbins mission and a genuine desire to serve others throughout their transformational journeys
  • Growth-oriented, knowing what it's like to have your hard work pay off year-over-year and the economic upside of high-volume, high-ticket sales
