Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and services to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs, including pendant calls and community alarms.
  • Develop and maintain caring relationships with residents, promoting independence and self-care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of care delivered, including incident reports and resident status updates.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining-related responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Caregiver or Med Tech.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Valid CPR certification and ability to obtain other necessary certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and transfer residents as needed.
