Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team at The Park Lane. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and services to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to resident needs, including emergency situations and requests for assistance.
  • Conduct regular visual safety checks on residents and communicate resident status with next shift staff.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of care delivered, including incident reports and resident progress notes.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in caregiving and medication administration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Caregiver or Med Tech, with a strong track record of providing exceptional care and support to residents.
  • Valid CPR certification and ability to obtain or maintain certification as required by state laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed, with a strong emphasis on resident safety and well-being.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
