Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior software engineer to join our team at Hurdlr. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Embedded Accounting APIs and SDKs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end software applications using React, Java, and MySQL.
  • Design and implement robust API development and documentation processes.
  • Lead engineering teams on a project-by-project basis, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Mentor and guide less-experienced engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  • Develop tools and resources to further evangelize Hurdlr's API and SDK.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer working in production.
  • Proven background in reading and utilizing API documentation and reference materials.
  • Passion for teaching and helping developers build products and lead teams.
  • Experience in performing QA and testing.
  • Experience working on B2B products and services.
  • BS in Computer Science or related field.
