Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Salary: $68,640 - $74,914


About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying top talent to support the growth of Grow Public Schools' network of schools. This role involves developing and implementing strategic talent initiatives to meet current and future staffing needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract highly effective teachers and home office talent.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast and develop strategies for key staffing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure accurate job requirements, create candidate profiles, and develop interview processes.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop creative recruitment initiatives and events.
  • Analyze recruitment data to refine and enhance recruitment practices.
  • Maintain an active online presence for job postings.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from screening to onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for substitutes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of teacher needs and organizational elements.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related field.
  • Elementary teaching or education experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Vendor management skills for recruitment activities.
