Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Lead

This role is an exceptional opportunity for a talented HR professional to take on a leadership position at the Heart Vascular and Leg Center. As a Human Resources Generalist Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating communication between management and staff.

Essential Duties:

  • Recruitment: You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Employee Benefits: Organize the administration of employee benefits, assist employees with enrollment and changes, and ensure accurate compensation calculations.
  • Performance Management: Ensure timely completion of performance appraisals, provide guidance on progressive discipline measures, offer feedback to employees, and create employee development plans.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, investigate complaints, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, deliver orientation sessions, and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, ensure federal and state mandate compliance, and manage required documentation.
  • Payroll and Compensation: Assist with payroll processing, manage pay adjustments, and verify accurate compensation calculations.
  • Internal Communications: Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, disseminate company updates, and promote employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field preferred; years of direct experience in Human Resources can substitute.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on and strategic HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, principles, and practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent acquisitions strategies.
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct employee orientations effectively.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and location.
