We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Supervisor - Food Quality Assurance to join our team at Wm Bolthouse Farms Inc. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025:2017 standards, and providing support to our QA Microbiology Lab Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including sample submission and tracking processes
- Ensure timely completion of testing and maintenance of high-quality standards
- Provide training and guidance to QA Microbiology Lab Technicians on SOPs, procedures, and GMPs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for ISO 17025:2017 compliance
- Collaborate with the QA Lab Manager to develop, maintain, and implement quality systems and food safety programs
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a lab setting, preferably in microbiology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
