Talent Acquisition Manager

- Align learning strategies with business objectives and monitor program effectiveness.
- Adjust training approaches based on evaluations and feedback to ensure maximum impact.
- Employee Retention & Wellness:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement processes to effectively integrate and retain employees within the organization.
- Oversee employee wellness programs and initiatives, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements to retain talent.
- Facilitate problem-solving discussions between employees and managers.
- Oversee terminations to ensure legal protection for the organization, including preparing defenses for unemployment, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Affirmative Action claims.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage HR information systems (HCMS) and ensure accurate employee data management.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to staff.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of Joint Commission requirements & onsite visit audits impacting Human Resources.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, collaborating with department heads.
- Create job descriptions, manage recruitment efforts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Develop strategies to enhance the organization's talent pipeline.
