Job Title: HRIS Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the Restaurant Holdings Industry, is seeking a highly skilled Temporary Dayforce HRIS Analyst to join their team in Nashville, TN.

The successful candidate will serve as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert, ensuring operational effectiveness, data integrity, and testing of system changes in RGS HR Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily system maintenance and support in RGS HR Information Systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues by determining root cause, researching solutions, and implementing solutions.
  • Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate testing of new releases and upgrades.
  • Support the implementation of the ongoing strategic direction for HRIS in the areas of reporting, metrics, and decision-supporting analytics.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and interfaces with other systems.
  • Perform regular audits and clean-ups to maintain data integrity.
  • Create and update relevant user and administration documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training to end users on HRIS functionalities and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with Dayforce HR System, Equifax, and Hirebridge is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Solid understanding of HR administration and project management.
