Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth at our studio, located at 1009. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to effectively implement and execute company sales programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase daily sales activities and drive membership sales.
- Collaborate with management to achieve revenue goals and set targets for demo appointment goals and sales conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Exercise Science.
- Proven success in generating personal sales and managing revenue streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively with management and peers.
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
- Commission and bonus opportunities based on performance.
- Paid training and certification provided.
