Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in transferring knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that learning solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure that our solutions are innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs.
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project leadership roles, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in current and emerging learning theories, learning trends, and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
Work Environment

This is a remote position, and you will be required to travel to various locations within the region. You must reside in MI/GA/FL.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $49.80-$82.17 per hour.
