Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-service banking services to new and existing customers, with a focus on sales and service.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Open new accounts, update accounts, issue/activate ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans.
  • Execute the sales discovery process and manage customer relationships to meet sales goals.
  • Conduct assessments with clients to determine their financial needs and make recommendations.
  • Make referrals for other bank products and services, and follow up with clients as needed.

  • Perform all duties in compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
  • Resolve client concerns through direct action or referral to alternative resources.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience in banking, sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role, with knowledge of consumer lending applications and procedures.
  • Strong banking and sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Proficient knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
