Job Title: Behavioral Therapist for Richmond Schools
About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at BlazerJobs in Richmond, Indiana. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism in an elementary school setting.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and be licensed to work in Indiana. Key responsibilities include assisting with classroom setup, lesson planning, and administrative tasks. You will also deliver ABA services to students, help them engage with lesson materials, oversee students during non-instructional times, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need an Indiana Registered Behavior Technician license, a related bachelor's degree, and experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
