We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at CCRM Fertility, a leading provider of fertility treatment and research. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to healthcare providers and patients, contributing to a positive and reassuring patient experience.

About the Role

The Medical Assistant will play a vital role in the daily management of patients through administrative and clinical tasks. This includes preparing patients for examination, documenting patient vitals, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examination, including taking vital signs, updating health information, and administering medications.
  • Document patient information, including vitals, assessment, and encounter type, into the electronic medical record.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist with minor procedures, such as hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsies, and prepare exam rooms for procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Assistant certification or LPN license preferred.
  • BCLS certification required.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN desired.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
