  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid SLPA State License.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the supervising Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to create tailored treatment plans based on client assessments and objectives. Identify suitable therapy techniques and materials.

2. Therapy Implementation: Execute speech and language therapy interventions as per the SLP's treatment plan, assisting clients in enhancing their communication skills.

3. Documentation: Keep precise and organized records of client progress and therapy sessions, including session notes and progress reports.

4. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with the supervising SLP regarding client progress and therapy strategies. Work alongside other professionals, including educators and healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive client care.
