Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience in a school-based environment is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy to students with speech and language challenges
Design and execute treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students' academic and social achievements
Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Engage in IEP meetings and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines
