Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing functional rehabilitation to our patients, working collaboratively with a passionate team of therapists to make a real impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
* Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and communicate patient progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
* Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless care coordination and enhance patient outcomes
* Perform discharge evaluations and provide recommendations for safe home and community environments
* Offer education and resources to patients and their families to support ongoing care and recovery
Requirements
* Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
* Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
* Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations
* Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
* Demonstrates expertise in rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
* Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills in verbal and written interactions
* Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
