Are you eager to join a rapidly expanding quick-service restaurant organization? Team Murph is seeking motivated individuals to join our management team as General Managers in Training. We provide a comprehensive training program within a dynamic work environment, aimed at developing you into a proficient restaurant General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess experience, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, excelling in the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead restaurant operations to achieve top-tier performance.
  • Enhance the Domino's Pizza brand image through professionalism, a positive attitude, and effective communication.
  • Analyze daily sales, food costs, and labor, making necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Oversee the training of Team Members.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Inspire and motivate staff through exemplary leadership.
  • Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets in line with company policies.
General Duties for All Team Members
  • Operate all restaurant equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and preparation areas.
  • Prepare menu items.
  • Handle and process customer orders via phone.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of management experience, preferably with prior experience at Domino's.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks.
  • Must meet company image standards.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and have access to an insured vehicle.
  • Ability to manage tasks, work independently and collaboratively, perform under pressure, and adhere to strict quality standards.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Capability to spend a significant portion of work hours standing or moving.
