Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus will be to support the Asset Management Team in managing a designated portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports for the Asset Management division.
  • Helping management and team members in organizing and developing budgets and forecasts.
  • Supporting management and team members in their daily tasks.
  • Contributing to various ad-hoc analyses provided by the Asset Management department, including management and vendor reporting.
  • Reviewing and evaluating reports submitted by property management personnel.
  • Applying a fundamental understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Managing intricate details within a complex environment.
  • Working independently while effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Simultaneously handling multiple processes efficiently.
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all analyses and reports.
  • Conducting preliminary analyses for less complex organizations, covering significant matters and justifying conclusions.
  • Encouraging teamwork and collaboration to resolve conflicts and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Prior experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex documents and policies accurately.
  • A self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A strong capability to interpret complex commercial lease agreements and related real estate documentation, alongside general property accounting knowledge.
  • Preferred familiarity with RealPage/Onesite property management software.
