Insurance Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales programs and long-term objectives to enhance business strategy and achieve goals relative to profitability, cost control, and organizational effectiveness.
- Work with existing clients to provide quotes on current lines of business, or line replacements, and cross-selling.
- Report immediately any circumstances that may lead to potential or actual HomeServices errors and omissions claim and/or any DOI (Dept. of Ins.) or related complaints to the department manager.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven automation, time management, and organizational skills.
