About the Role:

The Business Engagement team of Information Delivery is seeking an Analyst to drive the usage and adoption of our enterprise solutions and tools, including Azure and Power BI. As an Analyst, you will work to promote and market enterprise solutions through various communication channels, ensuring stakeholders are aware of and understand how to leverage our data solutions for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market enterprise solutions to stakeholders.
  • Onboard users to new and existing solutions and tools owned by the team.
  • Create and maintain artifacts like release notes, data dictionaries, learning assets, articles, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation and usage of enterprise solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze the usage of solutions to identify opportunities for improvement and increased adoption.
  • Coordinate and execute an annual Data and Analytics Week event to help reskill and upskill employees cross-functionally.

Requirements:

  • Proactive and outgoing self-starter with a passion for winning.
  • Team player with strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong writing skills with experience creating technical or instructional content.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on simplifying complex topics.
  • Experience building and training others on reports, databases, and data topics.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office products and SharePoint.
  • Skills and a passion for generative AI is desirable as we look to leverage those technologies to produce content.
