Key Responsibilities:


- Assist the manager in guiding, developing, and inspiring the sales team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.


- Support overall store operations while being accountable for personal and store sales, as well as cultivating a high-performing, motivated team.

Manage customer traffic effectively and minimize wait times.

- Stay informed about all products, services, and promotions, and aid the Store Manager in educating others on relevant information.

- Ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times.

- Collaborate with the Store Manager in recruiting new talent for the team.

- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with T-Mobile merchandising standards.


- Uphold store operations and ensure adherence to guidelines set by T-Mobile and Verge Mobile, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service (previous experience in wireless retail preferred).

Familiarity with wireless industry standards and technology is advantageous.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience in sales and sales management.

- Background in operational and financial management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to build trusting relationships.

- Positive, supportive, and cooperative attitude.


- Team-oriented individual who collaborates well with staff and leadership, sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.

Ability to balance customer needs with performance objectives.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Capability to stand for extended periods.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Pass a pre-employment background check (consideration will be given to qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws).

- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
