The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is in search of a Senior Retail Sales Associate to help cultivate and maintain a positive work atmosphere and strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Retail Sales Associate will support the management team in achieving sales, production, and expense targets to ensure a profitable operation. Responsibilities include scheduling store staff, completing payroll documentation for all employees, reviewing applications, participating in interviews as needed, and providing training, guidance, and oversight for new hires.
This role will ensure that store personnel are informed of and adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations, that sales reports and other required documentation are accurately completed and submitted to the finance department daily, and that the store is adequately stocked.
The Senior Retail Sales Associate will serve as a backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager when necessary.This position will also support the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers by exemplifying professional behavior, work ethics, and supervision (as directed by the Supervisor).
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have prior experience in sales, and be capable of reading and interpreting basic income and expense reports.
