Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire, service, and grow relationships with businesses that typically have annual gross sales up to $10 Million.
  • Work proactively with new businesses, structuring and closing of commercial loans, as well as related depository relationships, maintaining and serving a commercial loan portfolio.
  • Accountable for the identification of risk inherent in loan transactions, loan portfolio, and communication of that knowledge and experience.
  • Examine, evaluate, and authorize, or recommend approval of, customer applications for lines of credit, commercial loans, and commercial real estate loans.
  • Ensure compliance with all consumer regulations related to the job function.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a commercial lender.
  • Credit analysis knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodical, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, policy, and procedures, as necessary.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Travel

Travel will be primarily during the workday using personal vehicle/transportation mainly within prescribed market area.

Salary

$90,000 - $125,000 Annually
