In accordance with our internal equity review process, the initial salary for this role is established at $22.51 per hour.To facilitate growth and salary advancement, the complete hourly range is set at $30.82.Employees will have the chance to progress through the established range based on annual performance evaluations and merit-based increases.

Role Overview

Under the guidance of the assigned supervisor or coordinator, you will provide administrative support and oversee all facets of the customer service program within designated facilities.

In fulfilling your responsibilities, you are expected to:

  • Deliver quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision.
  • Engage professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member on all projects.
  • Work independently while recognizing the importance of communication and coordination with other staff and departments.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, utilize provided safety equipment, implement appropriate safety practices consistently, and report any unsafe conditions or hazards immediately.
