Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Maintain exceptional customer service while interacting with guests and supervisors.
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Replenish bath linens and toiletries as required.
  • Organize guest toiletries neatly on a folded washcloth.
  • Perform cleaning of shower curtains and bathroom floors.
  • Empty and sanitize ice buckets, replacing liners as needed.
  • Refresh coffee and condiment supplies.
  • Wipe down all surfaces to ensure cleanliness.
  • Rearrange furniture as necessary for optimal space usage.
  • Dust all surfaces, including frames and fixtures.
  • Vacuum or sweep the entire area of cottages or cabanas.
  • Dispose of trash properly, replacing liners and cleaning receptacles.
  • Clean kitchen appliances thoroughly.
  • Execute additional related tasks as assigned.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of closets and guest locker rooms.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Report any broken or damaged items in the facilities.
  • Address and resolve housekeeping issues raised by guests or other departments promptly.
Work Schedule:

Hours may vary based on operational needs.

Mental and Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks effectively.
  • Capability to stand and squat repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods.

Compensation: $19.22 per hour
