About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Alpla Inc. as a key member of our Quality Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality System Management
    • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and other relevant standards.
    • Lead the development and maintenance of quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Quality Control
    • Oversee the quality control program, including product measurement, testing, and data collection.
    • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their quality and regulatory needs are met.
    • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of quality professionals to achieve quality goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
    • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficient in Excel, SPC software, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Intermediate to advanced statistical knowledge.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
