Job Responsibilities

Summary: As a Catering Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food at scheduled events under the guidance of the catering captain. You will ensure the successful execution of all events during your shift.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered events to their designated locations.
  • Monitor and log food temperatures.
  • Set up tables and decorations as per event requirements.
  • Arrange buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items according to established standards.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Thoroughly clean the location after the event concludes.
  • Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly.
  • Distribute and collect customer feedback forms for catered events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering facility and equipment.
  • Ensure guests receive courteous service at all times.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and available products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by state law.
