Automotive Sales Professional

Award-winning Dodge and Ram dealership in New England seeks a seasoned salesperson to join our team. If you are a motivated sales professional looking for a rewarding opportunity and desire a high level of success individually and as a team, we would love to hear from you.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, employee discount, health insurance, and paid time off. The schedule is a 10 hour shift, with the ability to commute or relocate to South Weymouth, MA 02190.
The ideal candidate will have automobile industry experience, a professional personal appearance, and excellent communication skills. A valid Massachusetts driver's license is also required. Five years' experience in new and used car sales in a dealership environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Understand new and used automobiles by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Cultivate buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade-ins.
- Turn customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
- Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and take customers on test drives.
- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining warranties and services.
- Conduct daily customer prospecting in accordance with company established goals.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
- Provide sales management information by completing reports and updating CRM system consistently.
- Assist with the setup of the showroom and displays, and clean up on snowy days.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, meeting all manufacturer training requirements, and reading professional publications.
