About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Business Development Manager to join our team at Ocean Honda of Hanover. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the BDC Department, including handling internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.

The ideal candidate has experience in a large-volume dealership and some supervisory or management experience. We offer competitive pay based on experience, medical benefits, paid vacation, holidays, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develops viable sales forecasts and associated sales strategies
• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries (either phone or internet)
• Hires, trains, and monitors team member performance
• Provides timely and accurate reports on all sales activities as needed
• Performs customer follow-up to unsold customers to maximize all selling opportunities

Requirements:
• Automotive BDC/Internet management experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of CRM system, lead providers, and website backend tools preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

Estimated Salary:
• The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
