Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.

- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance team performance in customer satisfaction.

- Negotiate contract renewals with customers.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service.

- Proficiency in negotiation, training, coaching, and team leadership.

- Competence in computer applications (MS Office).

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Must be at least 21 years old.

- Valid non-commercial driver's license in the state of residence.

- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical standards.

- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
