Job Overview

CDO Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and execution of NetOps mission related activities. As the principal representative for the NetOps Support Services contract, you will provide technical leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and technical execution of NetOps mission related activities.
  • Serve as the principal representative for the NetOps Support Services contract.
  • Analyze complex local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites, and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges, and other devices.
  • Resolve difficult interoperability problems to obtain operation across all platforms including email, files transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing, etc.
  • Configure systems to user environments.
  • Support acquisition of hardware software, and subcontractor services.
  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of services under the NetOps Support Services Contract.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in network operations, with strong technical skills in planning, designing, and managing complex network systems.
  • A CCNP- Enterprise, Routing and Switching, or Data Center certification is required.
  • A COMPTIA Security+ CE certification is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • An active Secret Security Clearance is required.
