About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe for the road.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve our customers with a smile, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure all necessary maintenance tasks are completed.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates.
  • Build your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.

  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to use hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and/or operate required tools or controls.
  • Ability to work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
