Commercial Property Manager Opportunity

Endeavor Agency is seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Manager to oversee a prominent commercial class A asset in downtown San Francisco. This role offers a competitive salary with bonus potential and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with ownership and asset management to execute the business plan.
  • Manage assistant property manager and onsite staff.
  • Oversee vendor and service contract management.
  • Communicate with leasing representatives regarding market conditions, tenant prospects, and lease terms.
  • Handle tenant communication and requests.
  • Support Construction Management on capital projects.
  • Prepare and review annual budgets and operating expenses.
  • Provide monthly reporting, funding requests, accounts receivable/payable management, and lease administration.
  • 5 days on-site per week.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience managing large office buildings.
  • Proficient in MRI and MS Office. Knowledge of Angus and/or Building Engines is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
  • CA Real Estate License. Candidates without a license will be considered but must obtain it within a short period.
  • CPM, RPA, or CCIM designation desired.
  • Strong time management, tenant relations, financial acumen, leadership, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
