Position Title: Senior Electrical Automation Specialist
Department: Reagents/BD Diagnostics - Women's Health and Cancer
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Electrical Automation Specialist is crucial in advancing the plant's goals through effective production support and project management.
Core Duties Include:
- Expertise in manufacturing machinery such as filling, packaging, and sterilization systems.
- Process control experience, including batch processing, SCADA, and MES systems.
- Proficient in PLC and HMI programming.
- Hands-on troubleshooting capabilities and schematic interpretation.
- Familiarity with Keyence and Cognex vision technologies.
- Experience in control system design involving servos and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, along with troubleshooting manufacturing challenges.
- Understanding of statistical methods in manufacturing and experimental design.
- Proficient in implementing BD processes and executing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and technical documentation.
- Advanced software skills related to PLC diagnostics and programming.
Essential Skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage change and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO standards.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
