Job Title: Electronic Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Technician to join our team at Manpower Engineering. As an Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing manufacturing operations, troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and electronic issues, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and enhance electronic components and systems on advanced high-speed manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to implement innovative upgrades and improvements that set new industry standards.
  • Conduct meticulous preventive maintenance routines to uphold peak performance and minimize downtime.
  • Document your contributions with precision in our state-of-the-art maintenance tracking systems (CMMS), ensuring a transparent and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • An innovative thinker with an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise (3 years or more) as an Electronic Technician in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.
