Licensing and Credentialing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensing and Credentialing Project Manager to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for driving project plans, assessing and communicating risks and challenges, and managing multiple deliverables within the credentialing wheelhouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects with multiple work streams and track progress against project plans and schedules while working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors to deliver key project deliverables.
  • Analyze current project status and develop plans to achieve milestones and minimize risk.
  • Communicate regular status updates and escalate situations requiring team or leadership engagement to resolve.
  • Develop and foster strong and collaborative cross-functional relationships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management and data analysis experience.
  • 1+ year of licensing and credentialing experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience building project plans, process documentation, and reporting in Excel/Numbers.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, relationship, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative in collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance.
  • Able to initiate, manage, learn, and perform work with limited instruction.
  • Medical practice operations experience a plus.
