- Serve as a consultative bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of goals.
- Operate within an Agile framework, adapting to evolving requirements while collaborating effectively across various departments.
- Work closely with HR functions, including Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Data & Analytics, Compensation, Operations, and Benefits, to maximize the value of our technology investments.
- Collaborate with external partners to implement system enhancements, ensuring smooth integration and peak performance.
- Collect and articulate business requirements from HR leaders, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, considering downstream effects and maintaining quality throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Support team members in requirement gathering by employing suitable methodologies and identifying potential gaps.
- Select appropriate tools and techniques based on project objectives and deliverables.
- Mentor colleagues to promote awareness of innovative practices and enhance the execution of established techniques.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive knowledge of HR technologies and systems, including Workday and Qualtrics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of diverse experience in an Agile IT environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and familiarity with technology solutions available in the market.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective management capabilities.
- The ability to collaborate successfully with clients, IT leadership, and team members.
- Proven facilitation skills with a history of successful teamwork.
- Leadership qualities to advance projects effectively.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Expertise in vendor management practices.
