Job Title: Oracle EBS Order Management and Purchasing Functional Consultant

Infosys is seeking a seasoned Sr. Consultant with expertise in Oracle Order Management and Oracle Purchasing to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and rolling out Oracle Order Management solutions for our clients. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal and external teams, as well as leadership teams, to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and rollout of Oracle Order Management solutions
  • Coordination with internal and external teams
  • Communication with leadership teams
  • Deriving automation opportunities and making recommendations
  • Interacting with customer process consultants, business SMEs, and technical members to understand and analyze various processes

Requirements:

  • Located within commuting distance of Columbus, Ohio, or willing to relocate
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Subject matter expert with implementation experience in order management (OM)
  • Good implementation experience in purchasing modules of EBS
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Order Management and Purchasing modules implementation
  • End-to-end Oracle EBS R12.x.x Implementation experience for Order Management (OM) Track
  • Hands-on experience in implementation and support of Order Management (OM)
  • Ability to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements
  • Testing and deployment of custom solutions for Order Management and Purchasing modules
  • Participation in functional testing and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery of solutions developed
  • Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
  • Leading Super User training and supporting other training-related activities
  • Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes
  • Supporting Data Conversions for OM data elements
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Able to clearly articulate business requirements and solution design
  • Well-versed with data extraction & migration processes
  • Ability to coordinate with business users, inter-track, and client leadership
  • Experience managing a team size of 3-5
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Work Environment:

The job may entail sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face-to-face.
