Role OverviewIn this position, Strategic Partner Managers are responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with merchant partners. You will identify opportunities to upsell additional services to our existing clientele. Your role will involve assisting businesses in reaching new heights, conducting regular business reviews, optimizing merchant operations, resolving product-related issues, suggesting marketing initiatives, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels. This role is expected to be hybrid, balancing time between the office, merchant visits, and remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee merchant partnerships within the small to mid-sized restaurant sector across your designated sales region, achieving revenue targets.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews that showcase successes and areas for improvement for your merchant accounts.
- Reduce churn and guide partners towards expansion opportunities utilizing our platform's offerings.
- Leverage data to refine daily operational processes, ensuring merchant efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to guarantee merchants receive the best possible experience on our platform.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a post-sales or Account Management role or a related field.
- Strong ability to empathize with customer needs and adapt strategies to meet their unique objectives, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
- A data-driven mindset that fosters thoughtful recommendations and effective Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Spreadsheets for creating client-facing presentations and maintaining complex data.
- Comfortable navigating sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Google Apps.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients in small to mid-sized markets.
The salary range for this position varies based on location and is influenced by factors such as skills, relevant experience, and specific work location.
