Job Overview

Rabbit Rabbit Tea is seeking a highly motivated Shift Lead to join our dynamic team in Valley Fair, CA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and developing new team members to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate staff members to achieve timely execution of tasks
  • Train and develop new team members to meet company standards
  • Process and reconcile shift payment transactions accurately
  • Motivate staff to work towards a common goal

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
  • Experience in a leadership role is a plus

Compensation and Availability:

We offer competitive hourly rates of $19.00 - $26.00 and have available shifts all days of the week.
