Field Case Manager

This is a full-time, remote position with Genex Services, a leading provider of workers' compensation and disability management solutions. The Field Case Manager will work closely with treating physicians, employers, customers, and injured/disabled individuals to create and implement treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and return to work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate expertise in case management standards and practices to ensure high-quality care and cost-effective outcomes.
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
* Conduct thorough assessments of injured/disabled individuals to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
* Work closely with employers to modify job duties and facilitate early return to work.
Requirements:
* Active RN license in good standing.
* 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in workers' compensation or case management.
* Strong knowledge of case management principles, workers' compensation laws, and healthcare regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Benefits:
Genex Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and tuition reimbursement. Compensation is based on experience and education, with a range of $62,000 - $82,500 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus program.
