Identity and Access Management within Global Cyber Security is seeking a highly capable Vice President with deep understanding of State Street's IAM standards and SailPoint processes that support them. The VP will join a highly collaborative team responsible for managing a wide range of IAM and SailPoint monitoring, oversight and reporting functions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to hold others accountable for deliverables. They have expert level understanding of IAM policies and standards and demonstrated ability to explain them to technical and business partners. They understand separation of duties and toxic access and can apply them to specific access scenarios. They understand SailPoint functionality associated with key IAM standards. They have experience instructing and supporting junior staff in performing functions.
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.
What you will be responsible for
As VP IAM Oversight and Reporting you will
- Serve as functional lead by instructing and coaching staff, managing process controls and escalating issues for a range of IAM oversight and SailPoint monitoring functions
- Lead annual Cross-Application Toxic Access Combination analysis and annual Multiple ID Monitoring exception review performed in support of previous regulatory remediations
- Partner with management to establish BAU process for documenting Authorization Concepts in support of regulatory expectations
- Supervise compilation of monthly IAM KPIs and report missed and delayed controls to senior leaders
- Review and submit enterprise Key Control Indicators associated with department functions
- Support SailPoint data clean up initiatives to maintain accuracy of reporting to management, auditors, regulators and other stakeholders
- Assist management in strengthening the corporate Identity and Access Management culture through education and support of business partners

$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
