A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Senior Associate, Manufacturing Technician

Position type: Full-Time-Contract
Duration: 11 months
Location: Norfolk, VA
 
Qualifications:
- Experience with sub-surface communication optical cable, potting, fiber optics, electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Individual should possess strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Two-year post-Secondary/Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, Some college in a technical discipline, Technical School Training,
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required with minimum of 6 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Ability to develop creative yet practical solutions to technical challenges.
- Demonstrates experience and ability to interpret schematic diagrams & engineering drawings.
- Willing to travel 25% of the calendar year.
Education:
- Two-year post-Secondary/Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, -- Some college in a technical discipline, Technical School Training, High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required with minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $35 - $40 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
