Job Description Executive Assistant - Chicago, ILPosition Summary: ADM is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief People and Diversity Officer in our Chicago, IL Global Headquarters.

You are good at dot connecting across an organization, anticipating people's needs, and helping a senior executive and their leadership team be as effective and efficient as possible.
You have organizational savvy, can maintain confidentiality and are good navigating people and priorities.The details:This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of responsibilities, ranging from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident persona. This individual will: Ensure confidentiality on all mattersProactively manage complex and often fluid calendars, taking initiative to resolve scheduling conflicts as necessaryAssemble and coordinate the preparation of documents, presentations, etc. Reviewing the content as well to ensure alignmentPrepare PowerPoint presentations to be used for internal and external usesManage and maintain administrative, reference and follow-up file systems, using digital tools where appropriateCoordinate global travel arrangements and handles expense reportsCoordinate and manage meetings and events, as requiredSupport leaders, at times, during non-standard working hours during travel or as company priorities dictateJob Requirements: We need a hands-on problem solver that is resourceful and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a positive attitude.
This will be evident by having:A strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation and a proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organizationMaturity, professional demeanor and personal discretion to interact with business leadersIndependent decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to develop solutions in a logical and systematic wayExcellent communication skills emphasizing writing and speaking succinctly, clearly and effectivelyExcellent listening, organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail and follow-upDemonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to exercise prudent judgment involving issues of a highly-confidential and sensitive natureAbility to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in environment and responsibilitiesCommitment to continuous learningProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Calendar, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, and Excel) requiredA Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required, with a minimum of five years of executive assistant related experience or equivalent experiencePreference for previous experience supporting a CHROExcited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
