In this critical role,you'll play a central role in maximizing the value we derive from Anaplan.You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to develop best practices,foster a community of Anaplan users,and drive continuous improvement.If you're a data-driven problem-solver dedicated to streamlining processes,we encourage you to apply.This role reports to the Director of Anaplan Center of Excellence, in our Buckhead Office's home base.How You'll Make an Impact:Anaplan System administration (35%)Build new capabilities leveraging the Anaplan system to support strategic initiatives, evolving business processes, and continuous improvement in inventory performance (WOS, service level, excess)Develop Expert model building skills in Anaplan and be the point person for functionality and data definitionSystem Training and Enhancement (35%)Primary contact for supply chain and/or retail model troubleshooting and enhancement requestsGrow superuser base and expand knowledge of Anaplan to the businessProject Management (25%)Manage new projects by driving design sessions, gathering requirements, providing status updates, delivering solutions in partnership with an offshore resource baseMaintain sprint plans, follow build standards, and track issues/requestsSupervise and develop offshore resources(5%)Collaborate closely with key business and IT partners on requirements and capabilitiesAnticipate key partner’s needs and perform ad hoc analysis as needed?We'd Love to speak with you if:Anaplan model building experience requiredTake a lead from the front approach, a plus for this role would be prior management experience, but senior or lead level work is jst as goodSuperior technical skills including Anaplan, advanced Excel, and a working knowledge of data integration methodsHolding a certification in Anaplan is a major plus (Anaplanner Certification, Model Builder, Master Anaplanner, Solution Architect)Analytical, process driven approach to problem solvingAbility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and varying levels of ambiguityDetail-oriented delivery mindsetSupply Chain and IT experience preferredBA / BS in related field (mathematics, engineering, supply chain, finance, etc.)3+ years of experience in an Analytics or Supply Chain related positionOUR Team Members:Lead Courageously:Have a strong sense of personal values that align with our Collaborates Broadly:Build cooperation, trust, and thrive in a consensus driven environmentCustomer Focus:Proactively seek opportunities to leverage data and fact-based insights to serve customers and/or internal clientsDrive Growth:Set aggressive goals and implement plans preciselyCultivates Innovation: Respectfully challenge the "we’ve always done it this way" mentality and explore new ways to achieve desired outcomesMake a Career at Carter’s:Career Development: Success starts from within, and we have several paths from which you can choose to enhance your career evolution.
