These temporary positions will start in October and run through the end of the year and are located at our National Beef Corporate office in Kansas City, Missouri (near the airport). The chosen candidates will drive sales through outbound communication (calls and emails) to assigned Kansas City Steak Company customers and new inbound business targets. The ideal candidates will be responsible for cultivating relationships with current and new business partners, accurate and efficient order processing, and resolving customer service issues. No Cold Calling Seasonal Corporate Gifting Specialists will receive a base pay rate of $19.00 per hour.Weekly Perfect Attendance bonuses of an additional $2.00 per hour.End of season Perfect Attendance bonus Sales or Call Center experience is preferred.Seasonal Corporate Gifting Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist buyers in reviewing product options and making buying decisionsEnter orders and follow up with customer as neededAnswer inbound business customer calls and outbound calls to clients with order historyFull-time work scheduleIf you are looking for additional income, overtime during December peak will be availableNo cold callingThis is an on-site position.Qualified Candidates for the Seasonal Corporate Gifting Specialist should possess the following:Strong work ethic and regular attendance requiredCustomer Service & Problem-Solving SkillsSkilled in written and verbal communicationComputer Knowledge/E-commerce savvyProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a mustHigh attention to detail and well organizedApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
