Zurich is currently looking for Claims Shared Services Support II to work out of Gold River, CA. In this role you will provide a wide variety of administrative tasks for our market facing and shared services team members across the Claims organization. You will be expected to effectively collaborate with colleagues to efficiently deliver high-quality and timely administrative support for assigned tasks and offer process improvement opportunities. At Zurich North America Claims, we acknowledge that work life-balance and flexibility are a priority when choosing your next career move. While the model provides a high level of flexibility and autonomy, the candidate selected for this opportunity should be able to report into one of the following North America claims offices: Gold River, CA.  In this role you will be responsible for: Respond to internal customer inquiries quickly, accurately and in a professional manner.Complete assigned work within established standards for timeliness and qualityOffer first level problem resolution to colleagues and escalate inquiries appropriately.Research complex claim for subpoena processing, document retrieval.Apply knowledge of administrative best practices and workflow procedures to assigned tasks.Identify and independently resolve problems by referring to procedural documentation and reference materials.Offer process improvements ideas.Handle further administrative projects as assigned.Research database for policy information; document retrieval. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Clerical or Office area              ORZurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Clerical or Office area Preferred Qualifications:  Strong Microsoft Office Strong customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills    Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable range of compensation for roles. For additional information about our Total Rewards, click here. Other rewards may include short term incentive bonuses and merit increases. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill, and education. The salary provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
